One system your whole team can use.

A spreadsheet is the right tool until the whole business runs through it. Then only one person can have it open, the same order gets typed twice, and the numbers are out of date by the time anyone reads them. An Upgrade moves that work into a web system built around the way you already work.

The smallest step that solves the problem

We always recommend the smallest step that works:

  1. Fix: get the workbook running again.
  2. Strengthen: keep Excel, and move the fragile parts behind it.
  3. Upgrade: a web system for the whole team.

Most of our Upgrade proposals explain why the first two aren't enough for that business. When they are enough, we say so, and you save the money.

  • 1Only one person can have the file open. Everyone else waits, or writes the order down and types it in later.
  • 2The same order is typed a second time. Every copy is a chance for a mistake, and this is the step the March failure stopped.
  • 3Stock numbers can be a week old, so a shortage shows up at the shelf instead of when the order is promised.
  • 4The Friday counts are typed in by hand, about 90 minutes every week.
  • 5The late-orders report takes about two hours every Friday and is out of date by Monday.

  • 1Everyone works at the same time, from any computer or tablet. No more sticky notes.
  • 2Each order is entered once. The shipping list builds itself.
  • 3Stock is always current, so a shortage shows up when the order is promised.
  • 4No Friday retyping. Luis counts only where the numbers look wrong.
  • 5Tom's report arrives on its own every Monday morning.

Today, every order passes through one file, and people carry information between its tabs by hand. After, the same people do the same work, with one system in the middle: entered once, visible to everyone, current to the minute.

On a computer, a tablet or a phone

At the desk, on the warehouse floor or out on a job, your team opens the system in the web browser they already have, on any computer, tablet (iPad included) or phone. There's no app to install and nothing to update on anyone's device. All it needs is an internet connection.

A phone is best for looking something up or a quick update away from the desk; long data entry is easier on a bigger screen. Tell us who works where, and we lay out each person's screens for the device they'll use.

Where AI helps

Only where it saves real time, and always with a person who checks the result:

  • Reading emailed purchase orders and drafting the order, for someone to confirm.
  • A plain-English summary every Monday morning: what's late, what's running low, what changed.
  • Spotting entries that look wrong before they cause a problem.

Nothing ships, posts or pays on the AI's word alone.

How it runs, without a single meeting

  1. Send a request. You'll have a written proposal for the first step within one business day.
  2. Record a walkthrough. Five to ten minutes of your screen, showing how you use the spreadsheet today, plus a short questionnaire. You explain it once, when it suits you; we can watch it as many times as we need.
  3. Get your Blueprint. A written plan with flowcharts of how your work flows today and after, what we recommend and why, the phases, and a fixed price. Within five business days of the walkthrough and payment. It's yours to keep, whatever you decide.
  4. The build, in phases. You see working screens early and try them with real work.
  5. Side by side. The spreadsheet keeps running until the day you switch over, so the business never stops.
  6. Support. The first three months are included.

You own it

  • Your data. Export any of it to Excel at any time.
  • Your code. It's yours, not rented.
  • Your address. The system runs on your own domain, on your own account.
  • Your way out. Month to month after the included support, with 30 days' notice. If you leave, you choose: a full copy of the code, data and documentation, or everything exported to Excel (both included), or we set it up on your own hosting for a fixed $400. Your data is never held back.
