- The macros: what they do, what they depend on, and what the next Office update is likely to break.
- The formulas: the long chains, the hard-coded numbers, the references that silently point at the wrong place.
- The data: how it gets in, how often by hand, and where it's typed twice.
- The people: who can change it, who understands it, and what happens if they're away.
- The security: unsigned macros, blocked files, and where the workbook lives.
What you get
A short, plain-English report:
- The fragility score, from 1 to 10, with the reasons behind it.
- What we found, most serious first.
- Your options: what to fix now, what to strengthen, and whether an Upgrade makes sense, each with a fixed price.
Often the answer is "fix two things and leave it alone". We'll tell you when it is.
