This website is run by Rowhouse Systems: 6252 Commercial Way #124, Brooksville, FL 34613. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or work with us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your request: your name, company, email address, what you chose on the form, and what you wrote.
- Our emails: everything you and we send about your request is kept with it, so the whole conversation is in one place.
- Your files: workbooks and documents you send us for a job.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see that an invoice was paid; we never see or store your card number.
- The website: We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a proposal, do the work, invoice it, and keep the records a business must keep. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else.
Who helps us
A few companies process data on our behalf, only to provide their service:
- Hostinger: our website, its database and our mailbox.
- Resend: delivers the emails we send you.
- Stripe: invoices and payments.
- Anthropic: the AI tools we use to read, fix and build your files and systems, and any AI helpers in a system we build for you. Your data isn't used to train its models. The website itself uses no AI.
Your files
Files you send us are handled only by David, never shared, and deleted 30 days after the job ends. If you need it, we'll sign an NDA before you send anything.
How long we keep things
Requests and their emails: for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting and legal records require. Files: 30 days after the job ends.
Your choices
Email us at hello@rowhousesystems.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, apart from what we must keep for tax and accounting. We'll answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
